AFS Passive Systems worked on the prestigious Little Patrick Street accommodation in Belfast City centre ahead of the new academic year. Construction on the 12-storey, 430-bed site began in 2018 and over two years later has given way to a contemporary student provision with multiple facilities.

Despite the adverse effects of a global pandemic and a national lockdown AFS Passive Systems was able to adapt and overcome these significant complications to the construction industry to complete the fire stopping package on behalf of Graham group.

This was a varied fire-stopping package that required us to work closely with Graham, the Client and fire-stopping manufactures in order to overcome these intricate details.
